housing
Minimum dimensions: 30 × 20 × 20 cm for an adult specimen.
Use a well-sealing container; this species is hardy and prone to escaping.
Provide plenty of hiding places, such as cork bark and pieces of wood.
Substrate
At least 10 cm deep, slightly damp but never wet.
A mix of coconut fiber, humus, and leaf litter works excellently.

Temperature: 24–28°C.
Humidity: 70–80%.
Keep one side slightly drier so the animal can choose for itself.
