Behavior & Care
- Nocturnal: Rarely seen during the day and digs frequently.
- Do not disturb: Never dig up a millipede; they may be in the middle of a vulnerable molt.
- Handling: This species is reasonably easy to handle. Under stress, they may secrete a patchy defense substance.
